Apartment-size room for older female

I have a furnished third-floor room the size of a small apartment to rent in my East Cleveland home. It has its own separate private half-bath (toilet and sink). There is a bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

I am a 62-year-old straight female and would like to have a housemate with whom I could also hang out with sometimes as platonic friends only. This is not coded language. I mean exactly what I've said here. I moved back home from out of state a few months ago and have few friends in Cleveland. I work as a commercial actor.

I live near the new Circle East development of University Circle. My street is quiet but some of the houses are distressed. Forest Hill Park is a walk away. So is the Healthline bus and Redline rapid.

I have a washer and dryer and backyard parking. You would have full use of the kitchen and dining room table. Gas, heat, and Internet are included. You would split the water and sewer bills with me. This is typically less than $40 combined.

I'm looking for an older housemate who will stay for at least six months, who values cleanliness, and who will take good care of my home. You will need to usually sleep at night -- versus sleeping during the day -- so you don't disturb me at night.

$1140 to move in. That's first and last month's rent plus $40 for the last month's water/sewer bills.
