I am a professional adult female living with my three children (ages 17, 14, and 9) and two cats. My children are gone every other weekend and and overnight 1x per week. I am seeking a female roommate preferably. No dogs, No children.

Bedroom:
• Large private room with hardwood floors
• 3 windows & 2 closets
• Large enough for a king bed, desk, and furniture
• Bunk bed and futon currently in room (optional use)

Home Features:
- driveway parking
• Shared bathroom with one person (14-year-old daughter)
• Shared kitchen with your own refrigerator
• Washer & dryer included (unlimited)
• Utilities and internet included
• Additional storage space available
• Heated above-ground pool (May–September)

Rent: $850/month
Lease: Month-to-month

Requirements (non-negotiable):
• Background check (paid by homeowner)
• Proof of income
• Three references
• Signed lease agreement

Firm Boundaries:
This is a quiet, structured household and not suitable for guests staying overnight frequently (when my kids are gone every other weekend, ok), parties, smoking, drugs, or additional occupants. This rental is best suited for a responsible, respectful adult who values a calm living environment.
