Room available just 10 mins from downtown Cle!

This house is a 2 bed, 1 bath lower level unit with a shared front and back entry with the upstairs neighbors. They’re super kind and not bothersome at all! The unit itself is about 1k sq ft with a front enclosed porch, living room, dining room, kitchen, and back storage space (all furnished). We also have a basement with laundry, the basement itself shared with the upstairs neighbors but the laundry for us only! The basement is pretty much empty so good for any extra storage you may need.

The unit has central air, hardwood floors throughout with the exception of tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Street parking is available for guests, but we have a driveway and garage space that you would share with the neighbor! There is also a fenced backyard that I want to get a firepit for at some point if possible.

The only thing you would need to furnish is your bedroom. Included with your room is a back storage space off of the back entryway, which my current roommate uses for a bigger closet but also for extra paper towels and cleaning supplies. The area is insulated, but not temperature controlled.

7 min drive to Cleveland, 10 min to University Circle, 15 min to Willoughby, 45 min to Akron.

I love people and friends! I love to watch documentaries, movies, shows, and sports in my free time and I love to have family/friends/my boyfriend over when possible (though I always am sure to check with my roommate and respect time/space).

I often go on little day trips with my friends or boyfriend to places in the area, like Pittsburgh, Vermillion, etc. I love going to Ohio City and University Circle for dinner and ice cream.

I do love a good night to myself a few times a week, so am looking for good balance. Ideally, my roommate would be a friend! Someone who enjoys hanging out with me and going on adventures.

I do go to church and my relationship with Jesus is very important to me. You don’t necessarily need to be a Christian, but is definitely worth noting!
