Two rooms available in a well-kept house off Dayton St, available October. $1,000/month, all-in — rent, utilities, and internet included, nothing else to pay. One room works as a bedroom, and the second can be set up as an office if you need a space to work from home.

Full run of the house comes with it: updated kitchen with butcher block counters and stainless appliances, dining room that seats six, a laundry/game room with in-house washer and dryer, a living room with a sectional and decorative fireplace, a covered front porch, and driveway parking for up to 6 cars.

I'm a realtor, so my schedule varies day to day, and I sometimes work from home myself. My girlfriend stays over about 2-3 times a week. I keep the house clean, cook often, and have friends over for game nights about 1-2 times a month. Overall low-maintenance and respectful of shared space.

No smoking cigarettes inside (vaping's fine). Pets are negotiable — no fenced front or back yard, and stray cats are sometimes around the property. I ask for a month's notice before moving out.
