Rent is required upon move in date. We have an 11x11 Private Bedroom in four-bedroom house for you to rent. It is located in Coolville Ohio. Rent for this room is $500 per month and it includes: free utilities (electric & water) as well as free Wi-Fi, and it is all season climate controlled. There is also shared access to a fully functional walk in laundry room (washer and dryer), as well as to a large fully functional kitchen connecting to a separate dining room like lounge. There is in additionally shared access to full bathroom facilitations (tub/shower/sink basin/toilet), and shared ample driveway parking for your vehicle. Furthermore, there is also a large roofed over front porch as well as a different small roofed over side porch with outdoor furniture on them, but there is also a separate large open concrete sunporch that has picnic tables, a large propane barbecuing grill, and a metal-bonfire basin on it. Curb side trash pick-up runs on Tuesdays for two big flip-lid outside roller-wheel trash cans, but you will be able to share the inside kitchen trashcans as well as have one for your own in your room if you like. Room is fully furnished with all new everything including a full-size bed, with new dressings (Sheet, blanket, 2 pillows) a lounging chair, window air conditioner, T. V. mounted with Amazon fire stick with access to prime video, Max, Stars, MGM, Hulu. Side table with lamp and charging station.
