Great Place - Bedroom Available for Rent in Home

Looking for a roommate, preferably male, 20s-early 30s with an approximate 9-5 work schedule. A quiet neighborhood located <20 minutes from both Detroit and Royal Oak, a great place for young professionals or someone working in Metro Detroit.

The common living spaces are shared, including washer/dryer, kitchen w/ dishwasher, bathroom, family and living room. The bedroom available is 9'x11' and will be unfurnished. Many of the home furnishings shown in the pictures will be taken with the other tenant upon their departure, but will be replaced either by myself if needed, shared between us (within reasonable prices and need), or by new tenant if desired.

House includes large backyard with shed, parking, attic for additional storage, and wifi included in rent (no cable unless desired). Minutes away from I-696 and MI-10, close to parks with a wide variety of restaurants and stores in the area. Heating but no central air but there is a brand new 10,000 BTU AC unit and 2 other small room AC units in the house currently. The stays relatively cool as-is during the warmer months due to plenty of shade and wooded areas, and the AC units work great at keeping everything comfortable for those days of extreme heat. The landlord is very friendly and responsive, any issues or maintenance needs are addressed immediately.

Move-in date is June 30th. Rent is $545 plus utilities including gas/electric/water, and a security deposit at signing for 1.5 months rent. The lease is for 1 year, must have steady source of income and good credit. No pets and non-smoking. New tenant is expected to be timely with payments, responsible and clean but not necessarily obsessed over perfect tidiness. Looking for someone that is easy-going with a good social balance (likes relaxed nights at home as well as going out, but not partying excessively).

I am 26, M, single, and work in Plymouth in a research lab approximately 9-5 M-F. I am laid back and hard working, both reserved and outgoing, enjoy cooking, Netflix, golf, and spending time with family. I am also a professional musician but respectful of the tenants spaces and excessive noise (sound isolated room, not blasting loud heavy metal, etc.) as I have the typical commute and work schedule as well. I enjoy quiet nights at home as well as going out and having fun with friends.
