This home is nestled in Northern Westchester in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I am looking for someone who is professional or working/ student looking to share a space with me. A car is a must and the train station is 15 min away and 45 into NYC from Croton Harmon. This is a raised ranch so we will share the same floor. You can have access to the TV or have one mounted in your room fully furnished or use the one in the living room. If you need extra space for extra storage. I can provide that as well. Being tidy is a must!

I am very laid back and chill. I work hybrid in Midtown and work a lot of hours. I would like to have someone who respectful and enjoys a tranquil surrounding. The home is cozy and safe and lots of places to hike and explore in the surrounding area!
