Large room for rent

I have a large bedroom available in a residential home where me and my husband live. Our previous roommate is moving back to her hometown and it will be available in two weeks.
There is a nice yard, washer and dryer in the house and utilities included. The room also has its own lock for your comfort. Ideally, someone who is a working professional and does not party. We both work full time jobs and we aren’t looking for someone who comes home all hours of the night. - a single occupancy and prefer a female only that works. I do have a small yorkiepoo so you must be okay with an animal. If you’re interested, please shoot me a message. I am fine with a month to month basis, I do ask for two weeks notice if you are leaving which is reasonable to find someone else in need.
The photos currently have belongings in it, so please disregard that. There is also a bed available if needed or you can bring your own stuff.
