2 rooms for price of 1

Pending my own board application approval. I just started the process first week February. I have not moved in yet. No guaranteed date as of yet, so this is a flexible offer! Additional time needed to get you approved by board as well. I am taking contact information for now and doing video interviews. Because of this time issue I am offering 1- 2 rooms for you at a discount. My idea is block off the living room area with barn doors and reside in there and paint everything white. This would allow you to occupy two rooms for the price of one!! However I am only legally allowed one roommate, so you can't sublet the extra space and your partner can't live with us. Legally Dependent Children under 18 are allowed however, I would charge additional fee for utilities. Regardless the rooms are spacious, unfurnished, no pets allowed, laundry in building, reasonable street parking available, safe neighborhood, 20 minute walk from Mt Vernon station or 5 minutes by bike. You can stay for many years as I plan to stay many years. I travel often, and I sleep at my elderly family home in Long Island so you will have lots of privacy, potentially have the place alone for at least 6 weeks a year. I'm ok about leaving the house if you want to schedule gatherings once in awhile. About me: I go to salsa and travel for fun. I usually just read and scroll online. I'm usually asleep by 10 p. m. during the week . And I work from home some days. I prefer someone who can respect quiet hours especially during work days. And can keep a relatively cleared empty bathroom, meaning keeping excessive products out of the bathroom and quickly wiping away any hairs. I won't be moving anytime soon, so you can stay long term for years to come if we get along well.
