Large, quiet, clean, furnished room, walking distance to the metro north, train station, and downtown new Rochelle. Willing to consider bi monthly payments of $500 every 15 days to make sure compatibility exists.

Share apartment with only one person, an older, divorced, Ivy grad, active professional male who goes Planet Fitness daily and bikes around town. Former housemates have included elite African runners, college coaches, med students doing residency.

Parking if needed would be on the street. Not looking for work at home housemate or couch potato.
