ISO 1 girl in their mid/late 20's to sign a lease with me and my roommate in downtown New Rochelle for a 3bed/2bath unit. The building has several amenities like an elevator, lounge, gym, pool, grilling area and parking garage. It is also 5 minute walk to the Metro North station and a 35 minute ride to Grand Central. It is walking distance to bars, restaurants, CVS, grocery etc. The rent for the room is ~$1200 and it would be over $100 less if you are willing to sign a 15 or 16 month lease. The lease would start September 26th but applications and documents need to be signed before August 25th. The application would be done through the building and we can schedule a tour for you to come see the apartment.
About us: We are professionals in our late 20's working hybrid. IWe are clean, quiet, non-smoking, and friendly. I also cook often and enjoy reading.
About you: No drugs or smoking. Pets would be considered case-to-case.
