Seeking a female roommate for a furnished first floor apartment share in Harrison, NY close to the train station. You will have shared access to kitchen, living room and bathroom. Cabinet and storage space will be shared. Apartment has one cat. Coin operated washer and dryer in the basement.

I am a neat and quiet person who tends to spend most of the time in my room and am looking for a tenant that has a similar lifestyle and habits. Cleaning responsibilities will be shared by both occupants. Rent includes heating, electric, internet, and trash pick up.

• No smoking in apartment or building
•street parking, permit required from town, not included in room rental rate, free from Town car must be registered to Harrison address
• Move-in date: April 1
