Private Fully Furnished Bedroom

Hi! I am a Dominican Christian in her mid twenties looking for someone to take over the fully furnished room that was recently vacated in my apartment.

I work a 9-5, wake up early to work out and love to have my space clean and organized.

I’m an ambivert that can go from staying home most days to having a packed weekend with friends.

I’m easy going and want to find a roommate I can share space with trustingly and comfortably.

You will be getting the master bedroom in a private house situated in a townhouse community. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, two dressers and semi walk-in closet. You’ll have access to a in unit washer and dryer. All utilities are included. There will be a shared common area and bathroom. And access to your own mini fridge.

The area is close to the waterfront district of Yonkers. A 15 minute walk from the Metro North Yonkers Station. And has accessibility to many bus lines.

There is available parking inside the residential area and in the surrounding outside area.
