Seeking Non Smoking Roomate

Hello,

I am seeking a non smoking, non partying roommate. It is a two bedroom apartment. We would share the kitchen, bathroom, common areas. Your room has its own closet and also a medium sized storage closet to store any boxed or luggage you may have. This is a very quiet, working oriented, neighborhood. The Landlord lives on the 1st floor of this 2 until family home. There is ample street parking, or public bus transportation that will take you to any major railway of your choosing (Hudson, Harlem, New Haven lines) There is an outside yard that landlord allows us to use in the summer. Utilities include Electric, Gas, and wifi. That will be split evenly every month. I work 5 days a week and am generally out of the apartment from 5am to 6pm.
