I'm a retired FEMALE senior, seeking a Student andor Working Professional, CLEAN, Quiet, NONSmoker *FEMALE* to rent the FURNISHED ROOM.

This is one of the most affordable, cozy, clean, peaceful, safe, furnished rooms with a gorgeous view you will find in the area! The ad states the room is available for months max, but it could be a longer stay depending upon how we get along and other factors.

The room is BRIGHT, VERY CLEAN, COZY & fully furnished with a comfortable full size bed, miniFridge, Dresser with a big mirror, Night table, a ceiling fan, Portable Closet, computer desk with its chair, television, two windows to a magnificent view, and a Air Conditioner. It is located in one of the top floors of a + stories CoOp building.
Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The living room separates our rooms, so I will not be right next to your space during sleeping time. Kitchen access allowed with access to toaster, stove, oven, microwave, and blender.

The location is very convenient located only half a block to a bus stop and a few stops from the Metro North in a Coop building in NorthEastYonkers, NY right off Central Park Avenue.
