I'm a retired professional who now does Uber full-time. You, could live walking distance to the Village of Saugerties and everything special that it offers, and very close to Cantine Field as well.

My teenage son visits every other weekend and has his own room. We are rather quiet and watch movies and like to hike and ski.

Rent includes EVERYTHING! Washer/Dryer, Kitchen, living room, bathroom (bathtub/shower), nice rear enclosed porch area, heat, hot water, electric, garbage, Dish TV (with your own "Joey"), 1Gig Internet. And a Dishwasher and Gas Stovetop / Electric Convection oven.

I'm an excellent cook and I don't drink or smoke, but my friends do:) However, I'm not interested in a tobacco smoker at all.....sorry, but that's a deal breaker.

Quiet area, no late night partying in this neighborhood. Neighbors are great......4th of July is fabulous!!

Off-street parking for one car as tenant share is included.

Easygoing person who is Christian and very giving and always there to help make life simpler.

Separate Refrigerator in your room as mine is stocked full!

I have two cats, but cannot take in any other animals.
