Each private bedroom is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chair, and lamp, making move in easy. The shared living spaces are fully furnished and include a well equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, and an in unit washer and dryer.

Residents also enjoy individual heating and air conditioning controls in each bedroom, a large backyard with a fire pit, picnic area, gas grill, and two outdoor decks, providing plenty of space to relax or spend time with friends.

Rooms are rented individually. Current availability and rental rates vary, so please text us for the latest information. Tenants pay utilities. Leases generally run from August to August, and early move in may be available depending on the room. Subletting is permitted with landlord approval.
