Private room available in a bright, wellkept shared house at N Chestnut Street in New Paltz. Just a short walk to SUNY, restaurants, shops, and trails.

Rent is $$ per month, depending on the room and includes all utilities: heat, electricity, water, WiFi, lawn care, snow removal, and biweekly cleaning of shared spaces.

The house features rooms, multiple bathrooms, a large shared kitchen, kitchenettes on each floor, and a spacious laundry room. We recently took over management and are making thoughtful improvements including new digital washers and dryers and updated flooring.

Rooms are available for June st.

We are looking for kind and respectful tenants. A credit score of or higher and income of at least times the monthly rent are required. Background and reference checks are part of the application process.
