The picturesque Rondout waterfront is a short drive away. Whether you are in town for the arts, local culture, great food, or work, I am perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Kingston.

**The Space**
This beautiful brick home was built in 1905 and has been undergoing a renovation over the past year. While some areas of the house are still in progress, the guest spaces are fully finished, clean, and ready for your stay.

* Minimal kitchenette setup with a microwave, toaster, fridge, and essentials like plates, cups, and cutlery
* As the dishes are washed in the bathroom sink, I also provide biodegradable disposable options for added convenience

Guests enter through the front door and head up to the second floor. There are two bedrooms, one is mine and one is yours. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared, but I travel for work, so you may have these spaces to yourself some of the time. I am happy to coordinate with your preferred times to use the shared areas.
