Looking for one person to rent two rooms in my home in Kingston, NY. This setup is ideal for someone looking for a bedroom plus office, studio, or private living space. Great location on a sweet, quiet block in Uptown Kingston, walking distance to everything. You will only have one other roommate in the house. This is a queer home and I am looking for a queer/ally roommate. I'm open to furnishing the bedroom with a bed and dresser if you need it!

Both of your rooms are located on the second floor, while my bedroom is on the first floor, offering extra privacy for both of us in the shared home.

About me:
I am a 34 year old who works at a local college full time. I also run a local queer small business, and end up being pretty busy in general. I am quiet and peaceful in the home, and have one or two people over at a time, mostly in my own private room space. I am a social person and like to be able to have a social relationship with my roommate, either passing chats or other things. I am open to splitting chores, and deep cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen is handled by the cleaner otherwise. The cats also sleep in my room at night and I will handle all care for them.
