Hello and Welcome to Smallwood a Private Lake Community.

A magical, place, going back in time and in nature. Walking distance, to Hiking trails, mini waterfall, rivers, outdoor workout station, dog park, and Mountain Lake. All within walking distance.

Take a hike @ Smallwood hiking trails or a bike ride or paddle board around the lake, take a dip. Go to dinner at the Lake front restaurants at the near by White Lake. A few miles from the Woodstock Historic site and Museum..
this is a 2 room suite in a Cute and Comfortable cottage in the woods. Enough space to sleep 8, lots of seating indoor and out doors and a large 12k sq ft yard, with Coleman hot tub, 2 paddle boards and non motorized fishing boat. Bring your bicycles for a lovely ride around the lake or go for a hike right from the front door. TV, coffee maker, A/C, and Mini fridge provided. This is a rustic retreat, share house experience.

Looking for a female room mate preferably as I will be living in the home as well.
