Furnished and Private (unattached) Bathroom

Hi, hope all is well! Reaching out on behalf of my 82 year-old mother-in-law, who lives in Southampton and has a room + private bathroom (unattached) to rent. We're looking for someone who isn't a partier, but of course, having friends over for dinner, or to hang out, wouldn't necessarily be out of the question. I'm also looking for someone who may even want to hang out at night, watching TV, from time to time, with my mom-in-law; but it's not a necessity. And for a reduced price in rent, We were wondering if the person who rents can assist with the basic household needs: garbage, recycle, dishwasher (if needed) ... and should you be home, and my MIL needs help reaching for a dish, or picking something up, or even checked in on, to make sure she doesn't need anything before bed, etc..., you'd be willing to assist.

The price will include full kitchen access, a furnished room with desk, closet, armoire, queen bed, a/c, tv and 1 + 1/2 windows, plus the house is cleaned every two weeks, utilities, internet and laundry. We were looking for $1500 a month, but can discuss a little less, if interested.

The house also has a living room and an outside deck, with driveway parking, on a corner lot, in a quiet, modest neighborhood. Not far from town.
