The generously sized private room with walk in closet includes all utilities, with the exception of an additional air-conditioning charge of 65$ during the warmer months (June-September). The tenant will have access to a shared bathroom with only one roommate, and a shared kitchen, as well as designated driveway parking spot. Please note that there is no laundry access, and pets are not permitted.

The home is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and everyday necessities, with the closest beach approximately an 11-minute drive away. SBU is a 25-minute drive.

We are seeking a reliable tenant who is respectful of the home, maintains cleanliness, and is considerate of others. No smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior will be permitted. Overnight guest restrictions and household rules will apply.
