1 Vacant Room in 2BR Apartment (Basement Level)

Private bedroom in a basement level 2 bedroom apartment. Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful tenant.

Preferably looking for a male working a full time job between the age of 25-40.

Cleanliness is non-negotiable. This is a shared living space and must be kept sanitary at all times. If you are not someone who consistently cleans up after yourself and maintains a hygienic space, this will not be a good fit.

Unfortunately maintaining hygiene and living sanitarily is not a common sense standard, so it must be said. Both me and the homeowner work hard and enjoy living in clean environment, we look forward to a new tenant that shares the same initiative and mentality.

NO PETS allowed. There is already a dog on the property. No smoking either.

The bathroom was just reconstructed and is brand new, the living room was also recently furnished.

The room itself is 11x13 feet with a small closet. Additionally, there is a full kitchen with a refrigerator and stove oven.

The property has a large yard with a private driveway for you to park inside. There is an in-ground pool in the back that the homeowner works hard on to maintain, but offers full use in the summer. Unfortunately there are no current pictures of the outside, since it’s covered in snow right now.

Being right off of Main St, and across from Smithtown train station, there is a large strip of stores and restaurants. There is a laundromat right across the street for laundry needs, along with a Stop & Shop supermarket right next to it.

Water, Heat, and Electricity is included with the rent - but the internet is not. The place uses 1 Gig Verizon Fios internet, and will be a $50 split if you wish to use it.

I normally work Monday-Friday from 2pm-11pm, but am currently working 6am-3pm until further notice. You can leave me a text message first so I can respond. I should be available on weekday evenings and the weekend for inquiries.
