The room is one of two on the second floor (there are five bedrooms on the main floor). You’d be living upstairs with me! We have a bathroom, living room and kitchenette just for us. A full kitchen and washer/dryer are on main floor, available and shared amongst the entire household. All housemates on the main floor work 6 days/week and are not home most of the time.
We are a quiet and clean household. We each pay the house manager a $50 common fee per month (for shared kitchen items like dish detergent, sponges, garbage bags, paper towels, plus bi-weekly professional cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and common areas). Utilities and internet are included in rent. We collaborate by taking turns bringing the garbage and recycles to the curb for sanitation pickup.
There's technically a no pet policy; I have an emotional support animal (cat).
The landlord prefers to do leases in six-month increments. An additional six month lease is available for you if you decide to stay longer/for a full year.
