I am 74 years old, male, working on foreign language legal projects out of Manhattan and San Diego, usually remotely from Hawaii. One professional couple occupies the main floor master bedroom, one female occupies a second downstairs bedroom. We try to minimize stress and drama. We are looking for similar minded persons to occupy this bedroom with use of the full house/yard.
