2 rooms for rent in shared 3 bedroom house

This is a 3 bedroom private house/apartment. I as the landlord will be staying in the one of the bedrooms upstairs. There's 1 bedroom that is smaller for rent upstairs (next to my bedroom) and 1 larger room (bedroom) downstairs that can fit not just bedroom furniture but also a full sofa and a lot of furniture. This larger room has many windows.

Both roommates will share the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area with me. I do not cook much. We can share the main fridge and freezer in the kitchen. I will include a dorm sized fridge in the room downstairs.

The smaller bedroom upstairs is already furnished with an XL twin bed, a TV stand, a portable wardrobe, and has a decent sized closet.

The larger room downstairs will have a large walk in closet right outside of the entrance door, comes furnished with 2 desks and a sofa (if you want them).

There is plenty of parking in the driveway - each roommate can have one car. I will also be using the driveway to park my car. The backyard is nice and big for your use and some garage space can be used in the 3 car garage. Utilities and wifi included. There is laundry included for roommate that takes downstairs room (one day per week use).

I prefer no pets, no smoking, no drugs, and no loud music or parties. I do work from home and I am a professional that works in telemedicine. I am looking for 2 other professionals or students that are busy during the day/afternoon when I am working. I keep a clean and tidy home.

I am requesting up to 3 references from previous landlords and/or employers. I am also requesting a letter from your current employer to show stable employment.
