Welcome to this fully furnished, clean, quiet, cozy shared home for female professionals on the east end of Long Island. Like hostel life, we’re looking to decrease our cost of living and avoid isolation by embracing communal living.

We one final bedroom available, fully furnished (or unfurnished if you prefer) with a connecting second room that could be used a den or home office (perfect for remote workers).

Although your room is private, you have full access to all communal areas, living room, kitchen, dining room, sunroom, deck, and two full bathrooms. Washer & dryer on premises. Plenty of private kitchen cabinet/fridge space.

All utilities are included to keep things simple, and a house keeping crew comes in once a month to do a super clean.

The lease is month to month to accommodate flexibility - so no pressure if the vibe isn’t right.

About you: Responsible, pays rent on time, cool, considerate, good communicator, respectful, and clean. Introverts welcome!

About current roomies: Four females, mid 20s to mid 30s, college educated, kind, considerate, and all working in either ocean conservation or eduction.

Location perks: Spacious backyard with bench swing and fire-pit, and 10,000 acres of incredible woods and hiking trails - perfect spot for nature lovers. Situated two miles from downtown Riverhead (aka the Gateway to the Forks), this home is minutes away from the LI Aquarium, Tanger Outlets, beaches, golf courses, breweries, vineyards, great restaurants, and so much more!
