Seeking female roommate in house apartment

I’m looking for a roommate to share my home. It’s an updated cozy apartment on the first floor of a house with private fenced backyard. I’m a single woman in my 30s with a good work to social life balance. Rent is $1650 for the master bedroom (11x14). One small pet is allowed if you have a furry one. Common spaces are mostly furnished (but open to bringing in some of your items and re-arranging things), lots of windows and sunlight, heat pump with mini-splits for heating and cooling system, patio with firepit, driveway parking. Melville area right off of Route 110, near I-496 LIE and Northern State Pkwy with lots of shopping and farms + horse ranches nearby. Please see pics.

About me - I love the outdoors and nature; hiking, camping, swimming whenever I can. Love to cook, clean, play light music, read, sometimes an introvert and need to recharge my battery after a weekend of outings. I’m flexible and easygoing, have lived with roommates before and am big on just having good communication to come to simple and quick reasonable solutions.
