Large basement apartment to be shared by me, current tenant.
The one large bedroom will be officially all yours.
The apartment is actually the entire size of the first floor of a newly renovated house. It has huge closets, which you will have free will to use, including the one in your bedroom and one under the staircase.
I am a smoker, and my landlord has been completely accommodating with me smoking indoors in our apartment. If you have a dog, no cats, I would be permitting to allow one or two, as per my landlord allows them, as well.
