Room for Rent in Manorville

Greetings, neighbors. I am looking to rent out a master bedroom in my home in Manorville. It has a large, queen size bed, large Samsung TV, office space including desk with working computer, fax machine, wireless phone, and answering machine, skylights with a gorgeous view of the stars at night, and plenty of closet space. It is right next door to a large bathroom we would have to share, but there is plenty of space for two people to use it comfortably.

I am looking for $1200 a month in rent, to be paid on the first of the month. I am already renting out another master bedroom in the house, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable living with two other women.

There is plenty of parking space in the driveway, laundry on site, access to my rather large swimming pool in the summer months, and you are welcome to use the kitchen to cook your meals as desired. If interested please private message me here, thanks! 😊
