The best of town + beach life

The house and room may be small but the area is fabulous, as it’s located just 5 minutes north of Huntington Village, where there’s shopping, restaurants/bars, and entertainment - plus it comes with access to a private community beach! Tucked away in an adorable community right by the water, this room is fully furnished with a queen size (and very comfortable) bed, a closet, shelves, night table, and a mounted flat screen TV. You’ll have access to the main bathroom, which I only use for baths on occassion, otherwise it’s all yours. You’ll also have access to the backyard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Storage is limited but there is a barn in the backyard that can house things, if stored properly (e. g. in bins, tarped, etc.). One parking space is available in the driveway and street parking is available, as well. Two dogs also live here but wouldn’t be in your room - unless you’d like them to be, as they love to be around people :-)

I work from home a few days per week and go to the office some days, so may need some help with the dogs, if you’re comfortable with that. I typically have lowkey nights during the week and like to go out here and there on the weekends. I hope to become friendly with whoever moves in, as again, the house is on the smaller side and we’d be sharing the communal spaces. I like to keep the house tidy and would appreciate someone who also likes to keep things clean and will be open to sharing responsibilities (e. g. dishes, vacuuming).
