Bedroom is upstairs. There is already 1 tenant upstairs and a bathroom upstairs you would share with that tenant.
Landlord is in a downstairs bedroom w bathroom and has a small dog he keeps
on his side of the house. Dog is gated from your living room- dining room area.
Shared laundry, wifi. yard. Looking for quiet working people existing tenant and I are up early for work
