I’m currently living alone in a Fairfield Properties 2-bedroom apartment off Veterans Highway in Holbrook. Will be moving out at the end of the lease at the end of March 2025, but looking for someone to rent the spare bedroom until then. Tenant will have their own bedroom/bathroom along with access to kitchen, living room, and laundry room. I do have a dog living with me so applicant can not have pets but must be ok living with one. Property is safe and well kept and location is good for anyone commuting to Riverhead, Stony Brook, Patchogue or Hauppauge for work.
