Hi, my name is Greg. I'm the landlord. I have a nice, quiet home in a safe East Northport neighborhood that I share with my little dog and one other male roommate. I'm mature, responsible, clean and easy going. I am looking for a trustworthy, dependable, friendly person with a steady essential job and sufficient income and savings to share my home.

You will have the Master Bedroom with a keyed entrance and back door access. Amenities include cable hookup, free WiFi, Ceiling Fan, Window AC, large mahogany armoire, chest of drawers, window curtains, plenty of closet space and private use of your own shower/bathroom. You will have your own refrigerator and pantry area in a separate room. You will have shared use of the kitchen. You also have use of the backyard, deck, patio and some shed storage space. On or off street parking in safe neighborhood for one vehicle. All utilities included. Home is only minutes from restaurants, fast food, laundry post office, LIRR, library or parkway. 15 miles from Stony Brook University.

Single medical or business professional preferred. No pets please.

$1300 per month for one person. $1300 Security Deposit. No Broker Fee. Month to month lease. You will be required to provide background check, complete financial and employment information, credit score and references prior to approval.
