In-person meeting required prior to any agreement.

Rooms are freshly painted, however minor repairs and hallway paint still needs to be done, Snow, weather and illneses have delayed everything.

The larger room has been rented by a hospitality professional and his very friendly, cute, friendly cat.
One smaller rom has a family member staying, pssibly long term.
Other smaller but well-sized private room available soon.

About the Ideal Roommate:
We’re looking for someone responsible and easygoing—ideally employed full-time or a student, preferably ages 25–55. All races, backgrounds, and identities are welcome.

You must be comfortable with dogs, as we have a very friendly, people-loving dog in the home.

The Home
Shared bathroom with bathtub and shower
Front door can be used as a semi-private entrance.

Shared spaces include:
Living room with large TV
Large kitchen
Laundry room
Two (2) first-floor bathrooms
Sunroom - which is now the Pool table, Darts room
Outdoor patio with grill
driveway parking
In-ground swimming pool
Basketball hoop area

I work from home and use the dining room as my office. I also care for my uncle, who is active for his age.
