Room(s) for Rent in Dix hills house share

April 29th (2nd) UPDATE
I have two people who moved in April 25th and someone moving in May 6th, one is short-term for sure.

FYI, all between the ages of 25 - 48 (both male and female)

I expect to have one room open around June 16th the earliest.

Ideally someone who has a full-time job or study, ages preferably between 30-50, any race, Identity or whatever.
Must get along with my dog, another dog is fine, he would love it.

ORIGINAL AD:
I have a large room and a small room available on the second floor with a large bathroom, with bathtub and shower that they share. Front door can be used and it can feel like you have a private entrance. We all use side door near garage to enter kitchen or basement.

Myself and my Uncle live in the house with a Super friendly Dog who LOVES people and other dogs. he is extremely friendly.

We have two (2) Living rooms with TVs, large kitchen, Laundry room, Two (2) 1st floor bathrooms, Sun room, outdoor patio with grill, an in-ground swimming pool and Basketball hoop area. I use the Dining room as my office as I work from home and take care of my Uncle who is pretty active for his age.

We have a Separate basement area that is occupied with a mother, her son and his girlfriend. They have been friends with the family for several years. They only share the Laundry area and outside areas.
