Rooms are freshly painted, however minor repairs and hallway paint still needs to be done, Snow, weather and illnesses have delayed everything.(STILL)

R1) The larger room has been rented by a hospitality professional and his very friendly, cute cat.

R2) smaller room has a female in her 30's moving in on SUNDAY March 1st

R3) Has a possible opening by April or May

About the Ideal Roommate:
We’re looking for someone responsible and easygoing—ideally employed full-time or a student, preferably ages 25–55. All races, backgrounds, and identities are welcome.

You must be comfortable with dogs, as we have a very friendly, people-loving dog in the home.

Shared bathroom with bathtub and shower
Front door can be used as a semi-private entrance.

Shared spaces include:
Living room with large TV
Large kitchen
Laundry room
Two (2) first-floor bathrooms
1 shared Bathroom on 2nd floor by 3 rooms
1 private bathroom in my master room

Sunroom - which is now the Pool table, Darts room
Outdoor patio with grill
driveway parking
In-ground swimming pool
Basketball hoop area

I work from home caring for my uncle, who is active for his age.
