The complex is within walking distance of a supermarket, gym, quick food, and a gas station.

The laundry room is in another building that is a part of this complex.

The property is well maintained and I have been satisfied with the property’s maintenance work.

There’s only 1 parking space for the unit, so if we’re roommates and you see our space open, feel free to park there. There is enough space for street parking next to the complex.

The rent price includes splitting an internet bill plus the property rent. Gas is already included in the property’s rent. Electricity can vary month to month and be anywhere between 20-50 each if we split it on top of the rent. I could be potentially slightly flexible on the rent split if necessary.

The move-in date would be tentatively some time in December

I’m a 28-year-old professional working on the island. I’m a chill guy with a fully furnished living room space for hanging out, definitely cannabis-friendly. Down to be a friend and hang, or we can keep to ourselves, all good with whatever works. I’m very easygoing and laid back.
