I need only 1 month notice to move, month to month, If you just leave without the one month notice you forfeit your last month rent. But I will return the security deposit if all left in as when you moved in.
Rent includes internet, and utilities. Access to kitchen, if you can clean up after yourself. LIGHT cooking only.
Shared bath, balcony, dining room.. Walking to grocery store, gym, dry cleaners, pizza, lots of restaurants, library, post office, 2 buses 15 min to the ferry to Manhattan, No overnight guests, occasional guest, no parties. preferably quiet professional , quiet house. NON Smokers inside or outside the house.
