Walking distance to Good Sam Hospital and Suffern Library; very close to downtown Suffern. Rooms have furniture that can be used or you can bring your own. Shared kitchen stocked with pots and dishes. Furnished backyard with deck and side garden with Blackstone and BBQ. Ample street parking. Comfortable living / dining room. NO ADDITIONAL PETS, PLEASE.

About the roomies

Three roommates seeking an additional roommate to share our welcoming 5-bedroom home. We also share the space with a gentle 60 lb mixed-breed dog who is lovable, shy, and crated three days a week while mom is at work. We are a community house ISO of a sweet human who is considerate and kind. Art-making and music-making happening here—we’d love to have another creative person in the mix! We’d love to share this space with someone who is clean, caring and is able to advocate for their needs as well as compromise. Great communication is necessary.
