You must keep the two rooms (bedroom & bathroom clean at all times, kitchen use as well. I need someone who is quiet and without being problematic. Rent must be paid always on time. No guests whatsoever. I have cats, and I'm very quiet. I would like to have someone who is responsible as well as communicative. No loud music, no loud TV.
I like to excise and keep fit and enjoy my reading, therefore I like things to be as such. I'm easy to get along with as long as the rules of the house are complied with.
