Room sublet in Troy near RPI

Room available now Jan thru May 2026 or longer term, my son is subletting his. It is located at a dead end quiet street at Prospect St and is walking distance from RPI. The house is a 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment currently occupied by 4 senior RPI male students. It has a washer and dryer. The room that my son is subletting is on the ground floor and fully furnished and move in ready. Central heating and airconditioning and strong wifi provided by the landlords. There’s parking space good for 4 cars and ring door bell and security camera. Landlords are very nice and are easily reachable by the tenants. Kitchen is also fully furnished and there are two large common rooms to hangout and/or study. (One on the ground floor and the orher on the 2nd floor). Three bedrooms are on the 2nd flr and 2 bedrooms on the 1st. The current tenants are very friendly and well mannered young men.
