I have a very friendly, affectionate 6 year old cat. I am seeking a professional who is quiet, responsible, clean and drama-free. For one person only. No drugs,/smoking, don't take the party home. No overnight guests. Security on premises. I require references, background check, 3 current paystubs, over 700 credit score. Rent is $1000/month and one month security required. Includes utilities, cable/internet bill is equally divided.
