Full size bedroom in Woodside

My roommate and I have an empty unfurnished full size bedroom available in a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The room has a closet, AC/Heater unit that you can control, and big south facing windows with sunlight throughout the day. The apartment includes a spacious kitchen with lots of storage cabinets. Bathroom will be shared with only one other person. We’re looking for a respectful, responsible, and chill female roommate to join our quiet and drama-free apartment. POC and LGBTQIA+ friendly. My roommate and I are vaccinated and you must be vaccinated too.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Woodside, less than 7-10 minute walk from the 7 train 61st stop. There are lots of grocery stores nearby. The building also has two elevators that actually work and a laundry room.

Utilities not included usually $80-110/month. Includes high-speed internet, electricity and gas. We’ll need security deposit of $1,000 and first month rent for a total of $2,000.
