The building is a townhouse with front & backyards, a balcony, & laundry in building. Rent is ~$1.6K each. There is also a broker's fee. The rooms are big, the neighborhood is nice, and it's 30m into the city (to Flatiron, probs shorter other places). Near the 7 train.
