Hi, I'm looking for quiet, clean, respectful female roommates in a spacious apartment.
The rooms get great sunlight, can be either unfurnished or furnished and includes utilities (electric, heat, Fios internet). Shared living space with Prime/Netflix/Hulu/Disney+, etc, kitchen and dining room. Shared bathroom.
No Pets, no drugs, no smoking.

About me:
Female, 34, introvert, straight, single, City employee. Clean, quiet, cares about keeping our apartment looking and feeling like a home. I cook a few times a week while playing music and I enjoy puzzles, games, watching TV, taking walks, etc. I am open to interacting after a long day sometimes but feel free to keep to yourself if that's your vibe.

Move-in requires the first month's rent & a $1000 security deposit. This is a month-to-month arrangement. If you plan to bring your own bed or additional furniture please let me know.

Access to 7 & R trains and LIRR. 20 mins to Grand Central. Multiple Laundromats within a two-block radius. Grocery one block away, corner deli. Walking distance to BJs, HMart, Home Depot, Starbucks, library, local parks, farmers market, etc.
