we're a group of 2 girls and 2 guys in our early 20s-early 30s (two in tech and two in fashion) living in Bushwick/Ridgewood area in a 5bed/2 bath
-5 minute walk from the L and M train
-under 20 minutes to Manhattan
-5 minute walk to a Food Bazaar.
we have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and rooftop! all utilities included (except split wifi which is $12 a month) the room is unfurnished (twin bed & frame for sale!) but can easily fit a twin/full with a dresser and desk or a queen and a big desk.
everyone is super casual and communicative, most of us do our own thing but occasionally watch TV together, have a group dinner, do a happy hour bar crawl or have mini parties. super close to a bunch of bodegas, restaurants, thrift stores, bars, and really anything you'd need.
our current roommate is moving on to bigger better things (aka her intern visa is expiring and she has to go back to germany lol) and we need someone to fill in the space from mid-May (earliest May 18th) until September (can be flexible, just ask!)
