Hi, I am currently looking for a roommate for a shared 4-bedroom duplex with me & 1 other people in Ridgewood, Queens NOT Flushing. ONLY clean and respectful people, who doesn't bring the party home. Must be okay with a cleaning schedule. There is a laundry room available and a rooftop. M train is 2 blocks away, L train is a 10-15min walk, near grocery stores, restaurants and more. No pets, LGBTQIA friendly and utilities not included. Utilities divided, usually $100, sometimes a little higher depending on the season.
Room #1 that is available has a closet with 2 windows. - $950
Room #2 that is available is a huge basement with windows, a half bathroom, closet and private access to the backyard. $1050
Room #3 that is available has a closet with 2 windows. - $950
Also please note, this is a 1yr Lease NOT a sublease, so there will be a credit check.
