Room in Ridgewood w/ laundry & private bathroom

Hey,

Have a room available in Ridgewood, 3 blocks to the L train. Room is unfurnished but my old roommate did leave his bed/bed frame. If you don’t want it, I can get rid of it.

Two beds and Two baths so you’d get your own bathroom with a tub and a bidet.

In unit laundry. Ac/Heat in every room. Video Doorbell.

Nicely maintained building. Someone comes and mops the hallways once a week, and someone handles the garbage for the building as well.

The apartment doesn’t have gas, it’s all electric so the utilities are just Electric and Wifi. The wifi is currently under spectrum and it’s a little bit more expensive than I’d like it to be but I’m in the process of changing that.

I have a cat, who’s a Russian blue and hypoallergenic but I do petsit from time to time so if you’re allergic to animals, this probably won’t work.
