Always open to compromise in the common space. Our home is your home. Pots, pans, knives, silverware, etc. may be used as long as they are cleaned. No dishes left overnight in the sink (we have a dishwasher)

You own your own half bathroom. You would be sharing one of the two showers in the apartment.
We section off fridge and cabinet space equally.
We have WiFi.
We split the utilities between the 3 of us.
We are happy to share but equal contribution from us all on household products for common spaces is respected.
