Large room in convenient Astoria for summer

FOR SUMMER ONLY. Fully furnished, spacious Queen-bed room in a three-bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a full-sized kitchen (space to cook and even a full table!) and TWO cozy living rooms (TV room+work area). The apartment is a second-floor walk-up, with an extremely convenient laundromat on the first floor. The R and M trains stop less than five minutes away, N/Q about 12 minutes. You can get to Central Park in about 15 mins! The area is safe, friendly, and overflowing with restaurants from everywhere around the world.

Timeline is roughly June 15-August 31, prorated, though we're flexible, can start a little earlier and end a little later.

The roommate whose room you'll stay in is works in medical research and keeps a tidy room with an extremely comfortable bed. The roommates you'll see around are a 28-year-old nonbinary social worker/therapist and a 28-year-old woman in publishing. We're pretty low-key but neat, maybe a type A- versus type A :)
